Soint Tech Policy

1. Order Policy 

For same day processing, orders should be placed by 3:00PM (PST). 

Orders placed after 3:00PM (PST) will be processed the following business day. Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem.

2. Shipping Policy

Quoted shipping charge is based on your closest branch location. 

Please note that due to stock availability for each branch, 

1) actual shipping charge on order may change 2) orders may take 2 or 5 business days to ship 3) Some items in your order may deliver with one or more separate shipments on different date.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. 

Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $30.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.

4. Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards, Visa and MasterCard. Your Credit Card Charge will appear as Soint Tech.


5. Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization


Warranty Terms

Soint Tech provides 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
- Soint Tech's warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship, and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty assembly, alteration, modification, power surge, or other damages attributed to acts of God.
- All exchanges must be received by Soint Tech within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
- Soint Tech will not provide a refund - only store credit is allowed.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Soint Tech will charge a 30.0% restocking fee for all returned items.
- Requests for product repair or replacement will be processed in approximately 3 to 4 weeks upon Soint Tech's receipt of the product.
- There are no advanced replacements.
- Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorize by our RMA department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made within 3 business days from receipt of order.
- We must receive return merchandise within 7 business days after RMA Number has been issued. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments will be refused.
- Soint Tech will only provide an exchange for a product that 1) is in its original condition, 2) contains all accompanying parts, and 3) is unopened in its original package.
- Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The return item must have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items altered in any way will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause damage to the original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted for return.
- The repaired or replaced product will be returned to the purchaser by Soint Tech within US only (Except AK, HI) by UPS ground only with no exceptions. Please ensure that the return address is deliverable by UPS (P.O. Box return addresses will not be accepted).
- In the event the customer's product (delivered via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS) is returned or refused by Soint Tech, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges without any exceptions. This also applies to all verbal and written orders.

6. Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")

In the event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please thoroughly read the following. 

You must adhere to the policy below, or your request for exchange or return will be denied. 

In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced under warranty, you must fill out a RMA Request form 

and fax it to 310-774-3918 then, contact Soint Tech's RMA department and obtain a RMA number.

 


In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced under warranty, the original purchaser must

1) present a sales receipt or other proof of purchase from Soint Tech
2) indicate the purchaser's company name, shipping address, telephone number, and RMA number
3) deliver the product prepaid to Soint Tech 400 Crenshaw Blvd. Suite #103, Torrance, CA 90503.

7. Privacy Policy

Protecting personal and financial information is a top priority at Soint Tech and we have made every effort to provide

you peace of mind.  All personal and financial information acquired by Soint Tech is used to process your order.  

We do not sell or share any personal information to third party marketers and will only share information that is

required to process your order; third-party banking and distribution institutions handle credit card transactions 

and order fulfillment. They are under strict obligations to keep your personal information private.
