Q. IE (Internet Explorer) is connected to DVR, but LOG-IN window doesn't apppear
A.  If Web server program is not installed in DVR system, it can not be connected to DVR using IE.
      It will be supported when ‘web client support’ in DVR program is set.

      In the case of DVR system with WindowsXP SP2, it may be prevented by firewall.
      If that is the case, prevention on Web server program should be undone.

      If you use an IP in an environment where DVR is installed,
      you should set up a port-forwarding function or DMZ at IP setting.
